Pixelation in Photoshop

I have been drawing in Fresco and haven't had a problem until now. I brought the file into photoshop to add text and when I went back into Fresco I saw everything was pixalated. I worked with vector brushes and the image wasn't like this before I brought it into photoshop. It's save as PSD on my Home but since I closed out of it, I can only go back to the history once I reopend it.

Can somone help how I can get the quality back without having to redo it?

Hi @Selena331165988sv5,

I’m sorry to hear you’re facing this issue! Fresco uses both vector and pixel brushes, allowing for smooth vector drawing. However, Photoshop only works with pixel-based brushes and raster images. So, when you open a Fresco file in Photoshop, any vector content gets rasterized (converted into pixels), which can lead to the pixelation you’re seeing. Unfortunately, once the image is rasterized, the vectors can’t be recovered without starting over.

I hope this clarifies!

Best,
