Placing Images

Hello! I'm new to Fresco, and I'm trying to place an Image from file. The file does not show up in any of my layers, and they're all transparent at this point, so it's not hiding anywhere. The file is not corrupted. It's not just showing up super small or anything either. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Andrew,

 

Sorry for the delayed response, I guess everyone is busy for the holidays!

 

Can you tell us exactly how you are placing the image? When you tap the Image icon on the left toolbar, and choose "Place File," what happens next? Can you show some screen shots and describe the problem? When I do this, I get the file browser in iPadOS and can choose the picture I want to place, and it becomes a layer and is in transform mode. What do you see?

 

Also, please let us know what platform you are using (iPad, Mac, Windows, etc), including OS version, and what version of Fresco.
