problem with A0 format in fresco

Thanks for reaching out. Converting an artwork from a smaller format to a larger one can indeed result in a loss of quality, as it involves scaling up the image. Starting with a larger canvas from the beginning would typically be better for retaining quality. Fresco has both vector & pixel layers. So, depending on your workflow, if you have used vector brushes, then you should send it to Illustrator iPad/ Desktop for scaling your artwork (https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/using/fresco-and-illustrator.html). If you have used a lot of pixel/ libe brushes, then export the file as PSD and open it in Photoshop iPad/ Desktop to scale your artwork.

In Adobe Fresco, there is a limitation on the maximum canvas size, which is why you're encountering difficulties when trying to convert your A4 painting to A0 or other larger formats within the app. The maximum that you can scale it up to is A2.

While there may still be some quality loss due to upscaling, starting with a larger canvas in the first place will result in better quality when converting to smaller formats later.

Remember to work with high-resolution images throughout the process to minimize quality loss as much as possible.
