Program Problem

I've been using Adobe Fresco on Windows as a potential replacement for Photoshop, which I used for my illustrations. However, the program has been presenting a persistent issue that's significantly affecting my experience. Essentially, the buttons in the upper left corner become unresponsive when the program is in full-screen mode
