Project not saved to cloud documents

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but one of my projects in Fresco does not appear as a cloud document. I'm using an IPad Pro. The project appears on the homepage but not as a cloud document. Any idea what I may have done to make that happen?

I am using this on a Surface and my creations aren't saving to the cloud either. It says 'unable to connect to the internet, close and relaunch app'. Which isn't working. Does anyone know what is going on?
