Quiero exportar mis archivos de Fresco de una cuenta a otra.

Hola. Cometí el error de crear 2 cuentas de Adobe, en una tengo Photoshop, y en la otra Fresco.. Estoy intentando pasar los archivos de Fesco a la otra cuenta, pero no encuentro como hacerlo de manera eficiente. Quiero manjejar todo desde una sola cuenta, y cerrar la otra.

    Hello @17836717,

    Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind trying the following steps to copy your work in Fresco from one account to another and checking if it helps:

    - Open Fresco and ensure all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3SbJfDm)

    - Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application on your computer and navigate to the Files tab.
    - Select all of your Cloud Documents and download them to a folder on your computer.
    - Sign out of Creative Cloud and Sign in with your other account.

    - Open Fresco, choose the option for Import and Open, and select your downloaded files.
