Rare brushstroke bug on Windows

I'm having this weird bug that happens the split second i lift my wacom pen ending the stroke it gets really annoying because sometimes this "failed stroke" gets larger and i end up having to go back.

This only happens on Fresco, Does not happen in Photoshop or any other drawing software in Windows.

Does this happen with all brushes? I notice it doesn't happen every time in your image.

Could it be an unconscious movement you're doing sometimes if you draw quickly?
