Recent Files and Your Files not syncing

I'd like to put a group of files I created into a folder, usually I can do so in the "your files" section, however they are not there. I logged into my account and they are not there either. I can see the files when I open photoshop. Are my files not syncing?

To troubleshoot this issue, could you try the following steps:

  • Logout and Login with Apple ID: Log out of Adobe Fresco and then log back in, but this time, use the Apple ID login method. Sometimes, users might accidentally log in using a different account created under a different login method (Google, Apple, Facebook).

  • Check Adobe Creative Cloud Online: Visit the Adobe Creative Cloud website and log in with your Adobe ID to check if your files are available there. This will confirm whether the files are synced to your account.
