Recover Animation

Hello. I was working on an animation, and I decided to go and save my work so far. Little did I know the pain that I would have to experience for the tenth time. After I hit the button to save, I was prompted with this error: "File failed to save, please try again." And when I would hit retry, Fresco would instantly close. When I would go to re-open to app, I would recieve to option to send s crash report. After getting past that, I would go to open back up my file to continue working. But when I tried to click on it, I would be given this, painful, message. "File failed to open as PSD." This error gives me very little options. But, thankfully I could just export as a PSD and then import that file, right? WRONG. After trying to import that file, I am prompted with another, torturous message. "ERROR: Failed to import file into Fresco." 

So, now, as a last resort, I am turning to you; oh great Adobe gods, please help me to recover my animation before I stick my phone into a microwave and stand in-front of it. 🙂
