Ruler/shapes snapping is frustrating

Dear Adobe Fresco developer team,

When I use the ruler or any other shape (circle, rectangular, triangle, etc. ) it snaps randomly to the place it wants on the canvas. So NOT only when I rotate it but even if I just move it to get to the right place. It seems that it wants to snap to a place on the canvas that it wants and it is frustrating to keep moving it to get to the right place! I understand that it is useful for the drawings where lines must be aligned but in my case I don't want them to be aligned, I just want the shapes to be exactly in the place that I want to!

Hello. Using adobe fresco on ipad here.

What this person was complaining about 3 years ago is still a problem for me.

The problem is that the rulers snap in place when I don't want them to. The os version doesn't matter since it's simply something adobe fresco doesn't have, so I would suggest for there to be an option where you can turn off position snapping.

It's almost every time I use it that it creates issues. Snapping to place right where I DONT want it to be, and it doesn't even let me take it to the place I want. It's very frustrating.

I'd really love there to be a way to turn off Position snapping
