Absolutely, you can use the Magic Wand tool in Adobe Fresco to select and transform specific sections, including individual lines. Here's a quick guide on how to use the Magic Wand tool:

1. Open your artwork in Adobe Fresco.
2. Double-tap the Selection tools icon in the toolbar.
3. Select the Magic Wand tool from the drop-down options.
4. Tap the line or object you want to edit. The Magic Wand tool will automatically select areas that are similar in tone and color.

If you need to fine-tune your selection or adjust the color margin, you can use the color margin controls slider.

Note: If your artwork has both vector and pixel layers, the selection won't appear on the vector layer. However, if you make a Magic Wand selection on a vector layer, you'll be able to view your selection on the pixel layer.
