In Adobe Fresco which I love using more....I cant find where to select layer contents/invert layer contents like in ArtRage....

The selection tool for Fresco is on the left hand side with all the other tools.

You can invert the selection by tapping the More option which shows up in the bottom middle of screen while a lasso is active.
I don't think you can invert colours.
You could also invert (mirror) or rotate the selected item using the Transform option which also shows up in the bottom middle of screen while the lasso is active.
