Sending any file from fresco to illustrator or capture fails

Hi everyone here's a little info since I know some one will ask.

newest iPad with newest os

newest version of fresco, illustrator and capture.

 

any time I try to send anything from fresco it's says sent but never does. If I try the "capture pattern" button in the the export section it just closes the window and nothing happens. Go to capture and nothing is there? 

new to adobe so I could be doing something wrong but I'm pretty savvy with this kind of thing and at this point I'm starting to regret my purchase...

It now works for me: the Capture export and the illustrator on Desktop export.

I can confirm it wasn't working for me yesterday. It's possible that it was an issue with some accounts, it's difficult to tell.

I am happy for you! Unfortunately the issue remains for me. But fingers crossed, maybe a Christmas miracle will happen:D

Keep lighting them candles 🙂

Can you record a video of the error? It helps a lot, I can then flag it to the team (Unfortunately I don't have enough power to make miracles😉)
Also if you can share your specs, that would be great ...  (Ipad model, IpadOS version and Fresco version)

I just used the Fresco retail build, version 6.1.3.  I opened a document, navigated to the Export menu and selected export capture pattern. Everything worked as expected, and the Capture app on my iPad automatically opened with all of the layers from my Fresco document. Please see attached. You might want to make sure that you are signed in witht the same Adobe ID in all of the apps.

What you are describing is how it used to work for me too, but not anymore. When I select the export pattern option, either nothing happens, or it just jumps back to my project. I am not sure what you mean with retail build, if you could explain please? Ich checked both apps and the account is the same.

Maria, by retail build I mean the app that you download from the Apple app store. Make sure you are signed into all the apps with the same Adobe ID and that you have downloaded the latest versions.

Publier et exporter > Motif de capture ne fonctionnent plus deouzis les dernières mise à jours de IOS, de Fresco, en fait depuis que Fresco est devenu totalement gratuit !
Si un employé de Adobe passe par ici, merci de passer le mot aux développeurs.
IOS 18.2 sur iPad Air (5e génération), Fresco6.1.3

La creation de brosses pour Fresco fonction dans l'application CA ouverte directement !
Donc pour moi, il y a un problème de communication inter-applications depuis Fresco, je peux pas tester vers Illustrator car je n'ai pas d'abonnement pour ce logiciel.

Pouvez vous confirmer si cela marches maintenant ou si c'est toujours le meme probleme?
Si cela ne marches toujours pas, pouvez vous enregistrer une video de l'écran quand vous essayez d'exporter sur Capture?
Cela aide beaucoup pour que je puisse le notifier a l'équipe.

It is working for me sending from Fresco (using "Open a Copy") to the desktop Illustrator 2025, but it's taking 1-2 minutes for it to appear in Illustrator. However, sending it to the iPad version of Illustrator is not working for me at all.

Same for me regarding Illustrator on Desktop, it takes marginally less time when Illustrator is already open on the desktop though...

I've had the same problem. No files have exported. I was hoping to import a PSD into iPad Illustrator.

Came here to report it as a bug, regarding Capture
This is indeed not working (my files are syncing OK, so I think it's a different issue)

 

The Capture module (export to capture)
publish & export> Capture pattern: you can click on it , it tells me "generating renditions" but then the export window closes and nothing happens.
I can't test on Windows because this option doesn't exist on Desktop (boo!)
I know it works elsewhere, just not in the latest release version (6.1.3)

Sorry I should also add that none of my cloud files are syncing. Logged in and out several times and checked everything I can on my end
