Sometimes I can’t draw on Fresco

Question

When I draw something using images with vector brush tool, it didn't write in a small place. After that, I check if my display broken but it worked properly on the other apps. I don not understand. I am new in this app. So, it did this and I don't understand why it happened. I looked at a few discussion about fresco and they are suggested to use ipad as up to date and pencil's charge must be full. All of them alright but this happened, as I said.

If yes, would you mind updating the OS and the Fresco app to the latest version and checking if it helps?(https://adobe.ly/42c4457), (https://adobe.ly/3OhNRoY) Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/42hE0p3). If yes, try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps. If you're using a Windows computer, kindly try to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/3OjCQDO) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/3OlCkFc) to the latest version to check if it helps. Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4bb8PQm) and share your observations.
