still says incompatible????????

I have a 2019 HP pavillion 360, updated all software requirements, restarted computer,  and still says incompatible. What can I do to get this app on my device????

I'm not familiar with HP pavilion, but the Fresco system requirements page indicates that the HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx. (2019 Model) is compatible. Does your system have the 14-dh1xxx numbering system? Or were there perhaps other models available?
