Surface GO installation error code 191 - Fresco

Hi,

I've been trying to install Fresco on my Surface Go for few days, but I keep getting the error code 191 while the program is downloading. I've tried looking for solution to fix the issue, used creative cloud cleaner tool, updated Windows 10 and updated Intel Driver, but the error continus to happen.

If there's a solution out there I will really appreciate the help.
