Symmetry tool on Windows

I am hoping someone can help me figure out why the symmetry tool is not appearing in Fresco for me.
Yes I am running the latest version of the Desktop app and I have also un-installed and reinstalled it but the option just doesn't appear.

At first I thought it wasn't available on desktop or in the UK but this is not the case and I am stumped.
Any suggestions ?

    Thanks for reaching out. Currently, Symmetry is only available for Fresco on the iPad. I understand that this feature is important to you. Would you mind upvoting this UserVoice for this feature request (https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/forums/919786-adobe-fresco/suggestions/48849452-symmetry-tool-for-pc-windows-please) and adding your comments there?       Why is it only available for ipad surely updates should be across the board and not just given to a lucky few

        Agred. It looks like it is available and then it's only for iPad. I use this because I don't have an iPad.

            ok ,thanks , i,m really hoping for the blur tool to be introduced as i,ve used it before on photoshop
