Hello @jordanbcreativedesign,

Thanks for reaching out. After Synced files are discontinued, new Creative Cloud personal users (free and paid) will no longer have the option to utilize Creative Cloud file syncing and related cloud storage for file-based assets.

Adobe continues to offer and support cloud storage and syncing across Creative Cloud with Cloud Documents (available in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, and Adobe Express), Creative Cloud Libraries, Lightroom Cloud storage, and https://adobe.ly/3Spbf6E cloud storage. None of these cloud storage solutions are impacted by this change.

Learn more here: (https://adobe.ly/3Sqz6CJ).

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,
Anubhav

What exactly counts as synched files? Is the CC Libraries feature in Adobe Software affected? What about documents in Photoshop saved to the cloud? I often get prompts when saving a file suggesting to save there instead. Are files there affected?
