The app keeps crashing on Windows 11

I have AMD Ryzen 7 Radeon Graphics, and after 5 min aproximately the app just freezes and crashes. Just bought my PC a few months ago, and maybe this is not supposed to be happening. I'm kind of frustrated 😞

Would you mind sharing more details, like the version of Fresco installed and if this happens when working with a specific tool/feature/file, so I can investigate further?

Hello! This is Adobe Fresco, and it is in version 5.5.5, by the way thank you for the quick reply hehe.

Thanks for confirming. Would you mind checking for any pending Windows updates (https://adobe.ly/3F5hMPM) and installing them to see if they help?

Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4byP59N) and check if it helps.
