The apps shuts down

I've installed the app a few days ago. Since the beginning the app shuts down randomly while I am in the middle of some project. For e.g: It shuts down when I try to choose a new brush. I have unistalled and installed and the same problem persist. I thought could be connection but the other apps such After Effects and PS I haven't had the same issue. I have reported when it pops up a window explaining I have issues with the app but nothing is fixed.  It is very frustrating.

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Sjaani, it could be a problem with the graphics processor's compatibility with Fresco. I would suggest you try updating the GPU drivers by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/update-graphics-driver.html) and share your observations.

Hello Anubhav,

I have done what I was supposed to do about the driver. Everything has been
installed as required. I have installed the older version of Fresco and it
seems to be working better than the new one on my computer. Although I
still have the issue about the app crashing, and what I noticed is that it
happens every time I try to switch from Pixel brushes to Live brushes.

Hello @Natali25253983e6ef, thanks for confirming that. I would request you try updating to Fresco version 3.7.5 and check if it helps.

What device and OS are you using? I'm guessing a Windows system, but is it Microsoft Surface, Win10, Win 11 etc.

What sort of issues are popups explaining?

You say you've reported but nothing is fixed, do you mean you've sent an email via the app to (frescohelp at adobe dot com) or that you've posted on the forum previously?
Generally most of the responders on the forum are users of the app, so if there is a bug or incompatability between your device and the app there's not much we can help with.

Have you checked the System Requirements? I'm noticing a lot of the time the Graphics processor seems to cause the issues when it comes to the DirectX version, make sure you currently have DirectX 12.1
