The brushes don't work!

This is already the second time I'm coming to complain about this. And I'm starting to get angry because the last time I didn't get a response either. I downloaded more brushes from the library and one day they all just disappeared, I tried to reinstall them and they wouldn't download no matter how long I waited. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, then I was able to reinstall the brushes, I spent a whole day setting up the brushes I had before. Today I opened the app again and they all disappeared again!!! And once again I can't install them!! If every time I want to use the app I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling, it's useless to me. The worst part is that in my settings I had hidden the marker brushes, and that setting is still there even though the library brushes have completely disappeared, so obviously the problem is with all the library brushes. I already checked the synchronization, I already checked the app version because I literally had to reinstall it this week, and it's not my PC either since this is the only app that’s working badly. Please check the problem again!
