Question

The colors are too saturated and don't match the preview

When I pick a color I get the base of that color and not what I picked. For example if I pick a pastel pink I will get a bright magenta while the preview of the color shows up as the pastel pink.

I have no idea how to fix this.

It's extremely annoying and prevents me from drawing.

The version of Adobe Fresco I have is 5.0.0 and I'm using windows 10 on an ASUS VivoBook.

Thanks in advance

Any chance you can show a screenshot of the color you picked vs the color which paints?
Is it happening with all brush types?

Have you used Fresco prior to V5.0.0 with no issues on that same device?

Just to confirm the color you will paint with is based on where the selection on the square is.

If you are using HSB slider your color comes from Saturation and Brightness

Or RGB it is all in combination

It would be interesting to see your color wheel and the sliders, to see if there is a clear reason why you're getting the color results which you are getting.

I am also wondering if an opacity setting somewhere might be showing you one thing and giving you a different result elsewhere.
