The document does not appear to be a valid PSD file

I have been working (20+ hours so I’m freaking out a little!) on a drawing in adobe fresco and all of a sudden I cannot open the file because I get the error “Format not supported. The document does not appear to be a valid PSD file.”

It seems that other people have had this problem, I’ve tried the things they suggested:

-duplicating

-going on my computer to find the cloud version

-older versions (none exist)

-downloading the image

Everything gives an error.

What can I do?? I would even take a screenshot of it so I can try to salvage some of it. Is it lost forever?
