the fresco still does not open.

The fresco still does not open. (Amd rx 5500xt, amd r5 3600xt, windows11 and all up to date drivers and update). Dxdiag send it few months but new fresco update it's nothing change.

Have you tried a uninstall and a reinstall?

Of course, and the windows are a completely new installation. I already had the helpdesk on my machine and they don't even know what could be wrong. my machine is fully compatible with it, but as a test I tried another brand of drawing board monitor and it doesn't work either, so the driver is not the wrong one.
