Transform Snapping

After a recent update whenever I'm using the transform tool (or transforming anything in the app) it keeps snapping to random spots and it's making it impossible to use, they aren't spots I had other things it just decides where it wants it to go. This is really frustrating and I don't know how to disable it, if it's a new added feature it's awful

I am having this exact same issue. Adjusting or toggling off the alignment guides and grids doesn't change this. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but this issue does make Fresco impossible to use for precision work.
