Turn off gestures?

Is there a way to turn off the undo gesture? Often times when I rest my palm on the screen, it is mistaken for an undo gesture and then I have to redo to get back the art.

 

If I want to undo, I'll just access it from the menu, don't need a gesture shortcut.
