Type Tool on Fresco Desktop

Hey there

I'm new to Adobe Fresco, I've only just downloaded it on my laptop and I'm working through tutorials.  I've looked up how to add text to documents but I can't see the Type Tool on Fresco.  Is it available on desktop version?  How to I find/add it?
