Unable to install fresco - error 191

hello, i am unable to install adobe fresco on my laptop. My laptop is Asus Zenbook Pro Duo 15 Oled (UX582LR). Everything is updated from drivers to windows & its specification is more easily met for running adobe Fresco as per this website ' Adobe Fresco system requirements '. Still i'm getting error 191 - something to do with windows app permisions, that also i have tried to give all permisions & all... & also i followed each & every instructions on this webpage ' Fix error 191 for Creative Cloud apps on Windows (adobe.com) ' , but of no use , restarted windows multiple times, exited ran the creative cloud app & the seperate 'fresco setup' app with administrative privileges, tried to submit adobe log files through Log Collector tool from this website ' How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool (adobe.com) ' but still to no avail....it always give the same following error
