Unable to open a file

I've been trying to open a file , but every time I click it just loads up to 90% and then crashes it's really frustrating as I can open it on my phone but not on the laptop where I need to access it , I've tried signing in and out , exporting PSD and then opening but nothing really works

저도 궁금합니다. 노트북에서 충돌이 발생했다고 하여 열리지 않습니다. 아이폰에서는 열리는데 왜 노트북에서는 튕길까요

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to create a duplicate of the file and checking if it helps? Also, try downloading the PSD from the Cloud Documents website (https://adobe.ly/4avUq0B), opening it in Fresco, and sharing your observations.
