Undocking layer adjustment panel in fresco

Does anyone know if it's still possible to undock the layer adjustment panel on iPad? It used to just be a little pop up window/dialogue, but now it fills a good half of my screen, and often covers what I'm trying to look at to adjust. I'd like to switch it to a floating dialogue like all the other tools if I can. Not sure if this is just something wrong with my download, or something that just wasn't mentioned in a recent update
