Is it possible to move the straight edge tool if you are on a tablet that does not have touch?

What device are you using?  I was able to move it with my pen.  Are you able to rotate your canvas at all? If you're unable to move the ruler,  you might be able to rotate the canvas to move the canvas to where you need the straight edge

I am using a Huion display tablet. It isn't that great because I can't rotate the canvas. I have to go into the software and change tablet settings, which never works right. I was hoping there was some method I wan't thinking of. I think my best option would be to get an iPad to use Fresco on. Seems like it is best used on iPad.

Do you mean no finger touch but you can do things with a pen?

I can move the ruler with the pen on an iPad. Is that not possible with your device?

Can't turn it to different angles with just a pen though.

Yes, my tablet doesn't have touch. I can move the ruler around with my pen, but I can't flip it horizontally. I think getting an iPad may be my best option. As it seems iPad is only way to get al features working.
