watercolor brushes

why are the watercolor brushes creating a single transparent pixel boarder around image? I import the image from photoshop cc into the Adobe cloud and open it in Fresco. Their is no transpartent border on the photoshop image that I'm inporting. It does not madder how much pressure or color even using black will fill in this border? I have not had this issue using other brushes. Any suggestions
