Question

When its the pressure sensitivity going to work on PC?

So I have a Huion HS611 and its been months since i could use fresco properly, one day the pressure sensitivity just decided to stop working, and i've already reinstall the drivers, fresco and even windows, but nothing works. With every other app the sensitivity works fine it's just a fresco issue and it's been driving me nuts, can't seem to find a solution no matter what I try.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello @af_gg7,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if Fresco behaves this way with all files/brushes? Also, kindly check if disabling/enabling Windows Ink under the tablet/pen preferences helps resolve the problem.

If the problem persists, kindly confirm the exact version of the OS/Fresco and the driver version installed for your Huion device so I can check it with the team.

Hi, the sensitivity won't work on any brush or file on Fresco, I've already tried disabling Windows Ink so many times and it still doesn't work.

Im currently running Windows 11 22631.4541, Fresco version is 5.5.5 and my Huion driver is v.15.7.6.1314.
