Why Am I Being Asked To Create More Storage Space?

Hi

I haven't opened Fresco for a few weeks. I have a paid subscription (most recent payment taken from my account on 4.8.21) which should entitle me to 100GB of storage, but I am unable to open the small number of files (approx 10-12 at present) I have stored in the cloud as I keep getting a window asking me to create more storage space, even though I've hardly used any.

Very frustrating, as I'm paying for a product I presently cannot use. Any advice would be gratefully received.
