Why are there still no drawing aids for iphone?

Why are we being made to switch to Fresco when it still doesn't have simple drawing aids for iphone?  This means I would have to get an ipad to draw a circle. 

Can we please just keep using Adobe Illustrator Draw? And those who want to switch to Fresco would be welcome to.  I love Draw. I can make all the perfect circles, squares, and triangles I want - whereas I can't with Fresco. 

Drawing aids have been around since Microsoft Paint. So, it's troublesome to see that such a simple concept has yet to be added to Fresco.
