WHY DOES FRESCO ALWAYS CRASH AND NOT SAVE NOW

I’ve used adobe for years and the past few months with all of frescos updates the app crashes, is glitchy, and will crash and not save hours of work. What is going on adobe!? Everything has become significantly worse and non user friendly. I have been loyal to adobe but if these detrimental issues are not fixed they’re are going to continue to loose customers. And yes, my app is always up to date.
