What prevents Fresco V 2.1 from updating/running on my Workstation?
Dell XPS running Win 10 64-bit, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, DirectX 12, Direct 3D Feature Level 12.1

Creative Cloud did an update about 10 mins ago and installed the Fresco update all on its own.

Now then, how to close the program....

Thanks for the reply + query!  To best show what is stopping Fresco, here are (2) screen caps.

The previous build of Fresco is installed and works.  The new December version is the dead zone issue : )

"Not Compatible" and "Adobe Fresco is not yet compatible with your graphics card"

.

@plummerdesign what error you are facing? Kindly share more details for us to look into the issue.

Based on what you've mentioned and what is in the System Requirements. It definitely looks like your system should be able to install it to me. Are you receiving any specific errors when you try to install?
Did you try an uninstall/reinstall to see if that would help?

Are all your drivers up to date?
