Why only available on Surface devices?

I just noticed Fresco is the new app on Creative Cloud, and I was amazed by how stunning it feels. I open Creative Cloud to install it, and it says it's not available on my Windows Desktop... Why only Windows Surface devices? I thought it's going to be like Autodesk's Sketchbook app, available for windows desktops with graphic tablet support. I am very disappointed actually. Is it ever going to be released for Windows Desktop PC?

Hi there,

Thanks for the amazing response for Fresco.

Unfortunately as of now the app is available on iOS and Windows devices as mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fresco/system-requirements.html

But we're constantly working on developing the app for other devices as well.

You can add your requests on Fresco uservoice here: https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/ so that the engineers can see it directly.

I'm wondering the same 🙂 Looks only available for Surface Pro and and MobileStudio. I'm curious what the advantages over PS and Illustrutor are as well.

One main advantage that PS and AI don't have are live brushes.  The live brushes are a feature only on Fresco and they are beyond amazing
