windows curser

Question

New to fresco and it looks great, but i cant for the life of me get the stupid windows curser to go away.  cant change it to brush size, cant get rid of it entirely.  this makes the program more or less completely useless to me (trying to draw with a big stupid arrow in the way is not something i am even a little interested in).  Is there some way to change this i am missing?  i have change all settings in windows and well as the program itself and nothing changes.

The effect of the settings in Fresco are only visible once you click the mouse.
This topic has been bought up a number of times, but so far there doesn't seem to be a solution to getting rid of the Windows Arrow on the cursor while in Fresco.
