Windows Cursor showing while using fresco

I've been using fresco for a while now and ever since i updated to 4.4 the windows cursor is appering on the screen. adobe has release a bunch of updates since and this issue wasnt fixed on any of them, thats really frustrating because i really liked to use fresco.

 

This problem seems to be a pain in the *ss since 2020 and nothing was done to fix it :c
