プラグインの初期化しています。で止まってしまってイラストレーターが開かない

イラストレーターを開こうとWクリックしますが、「プラグインの初期化をしています。」で画面が止まってしまって開くことができません。

また、何度も再インストールをしてみますが全く起動しません。

直す方法をおしえてください。

    Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear Illustrator is getting stuck on "Initializing the plugin" and not opening.

    Could you please confirm the exact Illustrator version and your operating system details so I can check this further? In the meantime, please try manually resetting the Illustrator preferences using the steps shared here:

    Also, kindly try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article and check if Illustrator launches successfully afterward:

    If the issue still persists, please try launching Illustrator after booting your machine in Safe Mode to isolate any third-party interference:

    If Illustrator still does not launch, please use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to completely remove Illustrator and its components:

    Once reinstalled, relaunch Illustrator and update it to the latest version.

    Hi @Rao,

    Thank you for contacting me.
    I received a solution via chat from an Adobe staff member. It seems the font was the problem. Turning it off fixed it.
    However, it still takes quite a while to start up.
    I hope that gets fixed soon.
