在崩潰後出現程式自動恢復檔案的提示，但擊點確認後卻沒有反應

如題，我的 Illustrator 在使用中崩潰，然後我重啟時，跳出了程式自動恢復尚未儲存的檔案的訊息，這則訊息和官網的資訊一模一樣：

可是當我按下確定後，沒有任何反應，我的檔案仍然不見了。

已經有開啟自動儲存，但當我嘗試找尋自動儲存 (資料復原) 檔案夾來復原資料時，檔案夾裡面沒有任何東西。(Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator [版本] Settings\zh_TW\x64\DataRecovery)
