颜色怎么更加方便快速使用

The use of color in AI can not be as convenient and fast as Ps. First, when the picker is open, it is not possible to use the pipette tool (I). Second, the use of color gradient in the AI does not reset the default value. Third, click on the bottom of the gradient color small palette click again on the upper left corner. The color (x), the color picture also picked out, can not be used Straw tool (I) draw color, and color picker does not display the current color color of intelligence.

    True the eyedropper ( i ) will not work  while the color picker is open.

    Your last 2 questions I had trouble following, but try this. select a gradient stop, then option click on a swatch (e.g.: yellow) to fill that with a color. Usage of swatches and reading up on them will make you Illustrator experience better.
