Thanks for your question. The answer is no, Adobe Illustrator does not support simultaneous editing of the same document, even if both MacBooks are signed in with the same Adobe Creative Cloud account. You can access the same Illustrator cloud document from either device, but only one device can edit it at a time (asynchronous editing). If the document is already open for editing on one MacBook, the other device will be prompted to wait or make a copy instead of editing the document simultaneously.
