어도비 일러스트레이터 계속되는 충돌 작업할때마다 충돌문제로 꺼져서 굉장히 불편합니다 ㅠㅠ

안녕하세요

한 10분정도만 사용하면 충돌로 인해 꺼지는 상황입니다.

메모리에 문제인건지

그동안 한번도 이런적이없었는데

컴퓨터 한번 초기화 한 뒤로 계속 이렇게 충돌문제로 일러스트파일을 사용하기가 어렵네요

어떤문제인지 잘 모르겠는데

심지어 다 삭제하고 다시 깔았는데도

잘 실행이되지않습니다 ㅠㅠㅠ
