일러스트레이터 띄어쓰기 및 엔터가 안됩니다. Spaces and Enter do not work in Illustrator.

일러스트레이터 사용중에 갑자기 띄어쓰기와 엔터가 안되는 현상이 일어났습니다.

자간, 행간에 이상 없고 컴퓨터 껐다 켜봐도 똑같고, 어도비 상담원과 연결하여 환경설정 초기화, 폰트 삭제, 일러스트레이터 지웠다가 다시 깔기도 해보았지만 그대로 입니다.

엔터를 누르면 아래 이미지처럼 글이 아래로 내려가는게 아니라 글이 겹쳐집니다.

매우 답답합니다.. 해결방법을 알려주세요.

While using illustrator, there was a sudden space and enter problem.
There is no problem between characters and lines, and even if I turn off and turn on the computer, it is the same.
When you press Enter, the text does not go down like the image below, but the text overlaps.

It's very frustrating.. Please tell me how to solve it.
