100% view (cmd-1) not at 100% in Illustrator 2020

To create illustrations for websites, I need a pixel perfect 100% view of the document. Until Illustrator 2019, this worked with cmd-1. With the new version 24.0, the document with cmd-1 is not displayed at 100%, but larger, although the view dropdown at the bottom left shows 100%.

 

In other words, when I create a document with 1920x1080 px, I want this document to be displayed at exactly the same size on my screen. Instead, it seems to be enlarged to my screen size.

Is there a new setting that I am missing, or is it a bug?

In Preferences > General turn off the 100% view setting. 

It's not a new setting, but has been inteodruced in 2018.

Thank you very much, now it works! I shouldn't have deleted my preferences when installing the update.
