2021 Illustrator Properties

Question

I am facing a few problems when I'm using Illustrator 2021

1.when I try to delete any effect in the properties panel, it will crack immediately.

2. I used to highlighting the number of sizes or positions when I need to change them. but since I updated to 2021, I'm can't highlight the number anymore, instead, now I only can use backspace to delete the number one by one and type the number back in.

Those problems only appear in my Window computer, Mac is fine

I see the same thing, and I believe these were bugs introduced in the 2021 version. Here's some examples from uservoice:

The only options at the moment are to use the previous version or avoid the properties panel until there is a fix. Other panels seem to work fine.
