2023 - Double click smart object in Photoshop "The Application Adobe 2023" cant be opened - 1703

Since updating to illustrator 23,photoshop 23, i can no longer open smart objects by double click.

I get a warningsmart object in Photoshop "The Application Adobe 2023" cant be opened - 1703

 

It looks like a Mac OS icon , maybe OS error? or conflit with this OS

Mac OS Monterey 12.3

Mac Mini M1 2020

 

Any ideas?!
