30º Keyboard Increments Not Clicking to Correct Increment

In Illustrator, I set Preferences > General > Keyboard Increments to 30, and so I should get

0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, etc.

But when I hold shift, these degrees are not clicking correctly.

If I understand you correctly, you need to set the Constrain Angle, not the Keyboard Increment.
